On or about, late afternoon, on July 10th we visited the Queencreek/Gilbert store. Our order was taken by the female manager in a black uniform. Our order for the large Whatameal was no onion, extra pickle and extra mustard. What we received was no onion, no mustard, extra ketchup and 4 tiny slices of pickle about the size of a dime. The extra pickle covered about 25% of the burger. The fries were absolutely awful!! They were spongy and looked like yesterday's fries recooked for today. They weren't even hot. My wife, who eats almost anything, wouldn't finish the fries either. I dislike ketchup on my burger so most of our order wound up in the trash. Terrible experience!!!!! How in the world does a manager allow product like this to be presented to the public??? Definitely won't be back to this location very soon. And that's really saying something because we live close by and I've been a loyal Wataburger fan for decades.

I regret coming to this whataburger location everytime. The problems start at the drive ordering speaker. Their microphone picks up the sounds from its own speaker causing a horrific echo. Then you get to the second window to pay and to get a receipt thats about 70% what you want. The crew struggles with changing an order, that they just give you the food instead of having you pay for the items. This took so long that the line for drivethru went out onto gilbert road.

It would be very helpful if you wrote that the "Strawberry Hibiscus" and "Prickly pear" drinks are lemonade, because not everyone is going to know that and I'm allergic to lemons and ordered it, other than that everything was fine.
