Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Susan brought our food to the table and checked on us twice with a smile 😁. Susan is a wonderful employee yes outstanding and absolutely professional in every way. Please recognize Susan please do that because she is an asset to the company. Our food was very delicious and we loved our visit to the restaurant very magnificent it was. Stopped by at 430pm, 8 cars in drive thru so I went inside. 2 employees on break 2 people in dining room waiting on orders. Staff appeared to have NO sense of urgency. Appeared to be 2 supervisors on duty. They were not talking to staff and motivating them. Cashier wearing gloves used register then touched food (fryers) without changing glove or washing hands. Nobody smiled the entire time I was waiting for my order. Thirteen minutes for 1 hamburger and a shake. Ordered extra grilled onions on the patty melt, NO extra onions.
