  Im disappointed because they didn’t come out in roller skates how they used to, cheeseburger was okay. Diet Coke tasted like a Diet Pepsi. The little candy they give you was all crushed. I’ll be fair and give them 3 stars for trying and had fair price in this economy. And got my food quick, could have been quicker if they rolled out in roller skates.

  Two stars is fair because no one was actually rude they just didn't seem interested in doing their jobs. We had a gift card to pay and the employee who was working with us did not seem interested in participating in tendering the transaction. Then when we got our food it was completely wrong, so I mean it doesnt seem like they're interested in doing that part of their job either. Just an overall weird experience and rather disappointing. I hope no one gives us a sonic gift card in the future.

  My family went to this Sonic last night, we spent $80, and our fries and tater tots were halfway filled, some not even halfway. We always check our food for accuracy after leaving the drive thru, we went straight back, turned on the video recorder, and the girl working there told us "that's what corporate told us to do" she refused to fill our fries and tots even after she agreed that what they were doing was equal to false advertisement. Their menus, commercials, and apps do not show their fries being halfway filled. A medium tater tot gets you 5 tater tots at this Sonic location. I'm now in the process of speaking with corporate, I will be showing them the video of their worker openly admitting to filling the fries halfway on purpose due corporate instructing them to do so, with that same worker agreeing that it's false advertisement. I've never experienced anything like that.

  Ordered online, went to pick up, had to go to table menu, that kiisk was down so pulled up to a carport for there kiosk, was told to go through drive through, you cant meet at the door or bring the order to the customer when its already ready and paid for, main thing sonics always been rembered is the custo.er service, now its go through the drive through and wait behind 5 cars, because of that foods cold and unappetizing and my shakes melted... NIML.

  The fries were hard and seemed dry, the chicken tenders are hard and over cooked and very hard. You get more bread then the actual chicken. Spent 40 bucks and nothing taste good. The iced tea didn't even taste like ice tea. It's been years I've eaten at a sonic. Idk if the food always taste the way it did but I just had an open eye that it's not that good. Sorry sonic but your fries are horrible.
