  Just bought two large tater tots. They were cooked so long that the inside is completely hard and brittle and some of them were even almost hollow. We didn't see it until getting home. I kept checking one after another to see if it was just a few. Nope, all of them were like this. WASTE of money.

  Staff is horrible and not customer oriented at all. Place my order but didn't even get to pay for it and they have time to pay didn't even see my order on the screen.

  Went through the Sonic drive through on 6/27 around 1pm. (Chk 132). Rep James (10093) was fantastic! He had excellent customer service, friendly, fast, the order was complete and he confirmed “no cheese “ on the special order. A great majority of the time when we use drive throughs, something is missing from our order or the food order isn’t right, so we wanted to take the time to thank him. We appreciate it!

  got order wrong. refused to take multiple orders on speaker. no mustard on hot dog despite asking for it. lady on speaker not super friendly. won't be back.

  Tonight 5/25 around 9pm. Me n my family went for drinks and the guy in the speaker was nice n when we got to the window there was this girl with a horrible attitude comes to the window opens it n says $16.02 nothing else, i hand her the money she gives me the drinks n if I wouldn't have said bye she wouldn't have said anything at all n I got the snottiest look. Whatever I drove off im thinking people have bad days you know. A few minutes down the road we realized that our 2 strawberry shakes were vanilla shakes instead. So i drive up to the window and tell them I ordered 2 strawberry shakes n got vanilla instead. There was a pause then she says im going to need your receipt! I drive up n they took a pause then she burst the window open grabs the receipt n says is the other one vanilla too as im handing them to her she slams the door so I call her back n asked why does she have to have such a bad attitude mind you I didn't cuss or have a tone so she starts getting more of an attitude then slams the door so she's blending the shakes n I can hear her talking about me. Then when I drive off she gives me this death stare. Im sure that was her manager next to her watching it all. This was the worst service I ever had she was so angry n should not be in customer service. I never got an apology for the mistake. I am a gm at my own store n I know what great customer service looks like n that was not it. And this is what my strawberry looks like. Supposedly she put strawberries in it. I live almost an hour away n I really think I deserve my money back. It was about 9pm I got 2 strawberry shakes and a cherry slushie $16.02 I gave her 20.02 cash. Someone please message me
