  They sometimes shaft you on sauces even though you put them in the app order. Even once they tried to charge me for sauces I already got for free when I ordered in the app. Insane audacity

  The cashier working with multi-color hair was a super bummer. She was very unhelpful when giving a sonic gift card to pay for our meal stating "you have to pay with cash or card, you cant use that gift card because our system just doesn't work like that" is was a blatant lie. She was slammed at 8:30pm and did not want to be working. Got home 3 min later and found a half order of burnt frys, cold burgers, and shakes that were melted already. Not the best by far. Will just Go to In inn out next time.

  So, at Arizona and Germann’s Sonic, we’ve got “Maddie” on the intercom, giving me “Is that it?” like she’s speed-running my snack order. Girl, I’m trying to vibe, not race. I pull up, “Maddie” says $45 and change, and I’m pulling out cash—cue her “cash, oh, whatever” moment. Excuse me? Cash is queen. I ask to break a $100—nope. A $50—nope. They only respect $20 bills, and none of that is posted anywhere—just like their customer service. Got my change, sure, but the attitude? It was giving “I can’t even.” So if you’re craving fries with a side of “meh,” you know where to go.
