- HHHeatherAug 5, 20265.0I love this store. It clean. I always seeing managers on the floor. They also check the expiration dates on everything and I never have a problem at this store at all. I am very impressed with the freshness with the food nothing is ever expired. To my disappointment down the street at your Albertsons everything is expired or about to expire that I had to return items like I have had to do at Fry's . So I will no longer be going to Albertsons I just do Safeway..Safeway the staff are nice 'friendly' helpful and the store is always clean and organized and I am always seeing a manager or a assistant manager checking on things making sure everything is ok and faced so you can see the product .the associates are excellent and one told me about your Safeway app I was not aware of to help me find glutin free items! I love that it makes my shopping so much easier. I love your gas station area very convient the employees always remind you of your pointes and that's awesome. So kudos to the managers for running a awsome store..thank you.

- BCBobby ChengJul 20, 20261.0I bought some manager special pork chop today but I found out that it was expired and smell spoiled. I also bought some Monday special fried chicken but it tasted so old. They only gave me whatever left on the pan and did not try to make some fresh one. Special is a way to draw customers to the store and not to be compromised by quality. The soup station is total empty. When I asked questions and instead of helping me, replied sounds like it was my fault. I have been to this store for over 20 years and so sad to see it is running down so much. I was in food industry for over 40 years and I know what is good quality store, food and service vs bad one, unfortunately this store is bad, very bad and I am not planning to go back. I am not trying to ask for anything, just want the management pay more attention to the operation of this store.
