Products were mistagged and employees refused to honor the price. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was treated poorly. Wasted 30 minutes and left empty-handed. Safeway needs to do better.

Everyone is so helpful, friendly and professional. I am new to Az and used Safeway pharmacy in Washington as well. I am so glad I can trust the pharmacy no matter what store I go to. However the Ocotillo pharmacy is number 1!!

The blueberry ring cakes have always been my favorite but that are now smaller, not moist and the blueberries are tiny and hard. The country white bread no longer is the light airy loaf I used to get but dense with a crusty top, not smooth. I won’t buy either any longer, until they go back to how they were.
