  The menu is 99% meat. The chocolate pudding cups are my favorite thing on the menu. If you spend more than 15min inside, you leave smelling like the smoked meat they serve. Great for a carnivorous appetite. Not great for anyone who wants a balanced meal. I know many people who love the breakfast tacos.

  Brisket moist was really really dry. Took it back up to the counter and they gave me a different serving. Also really dry. Hopefully thats just a "today" thing, but I wouldn't serve that if it was my restaurant.. especially when asking $34/lb. It should be perfect for that price. Service and atmosphere were great as usual.

  My mom wanted to grab lunch here for work, but the service was incredibly rude. The employees were chatting about her behind her back and clearly wanted to rush her order. "What's the damn rush for?", it created an unbearable atmosphere. I actually liked the idea of this place, but after this experience, I'd recommend the restaurant across the street from Rudy's instead. I think we'll find a better spot for BBQ.

  We placed a large catering order with Rudy’s BBQ in Chandler on 4/16/2026 for a coworker’s going away party. The total came to nearly $400, including two 8–9 person family meals. One of the meals was supposed to include TWO servings of brisket, which alone was over $100 worth of meat. When we arrived, the brisket was completely missing. This was especially frustrating because the party was for a coworker whose favorite meat was brisket, and because of Rudy’s mistake, we did not have enough food to serve everyone properly. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, Jessica, who apologized and stated that they would comp another entire 8–9 person family meal for the inconvenience. Based on that promise, I let the situation go. However, when I called back yesterday to redeem the comp, I was placed on two long holds while Jessica supposedly reviewed everything again. She then told me they would NOT honor the promised family meal comp and would only replace the missing brisket. I explained that this was not what was originally promised and that their records should reflect that. Instead of trying to make things right, she argued with me and ultimately stated they would not honor ANY comp or refund at all. To make matters worse, when I tried calling back afterward, they immediately hung up on me. This is honestly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mistakes happen, but refusing to honor what was promised and then hanging up on a customer after spending almost $400 is unacceptable. Our workplace will never be using Rudy’s BBQ again, and I would strongly recommend avoiding the Chandler location.

  Really cute place. It's kind of a self-service place. I didn't care that you have to order the meat and no sides come with it they were separate. That made it quite pricey. In the barbecue was a little bit too much tasting like lighter fluid. I was with my grandson and his girlfriend, and I thought the same thing about the place. I did have everything I'm getting out of my stomach for 2 days after that. And that's too bad because everybody was so friendly.
