- YGY G2 days ago2.0First time visit recommended by a neighbor. We stood in line at checkout for 5 mins or more, staff looked over at us a few times but no one greeted or took our orders. We thought ok maybe this is the way things work here, so we figured out how to use the kiosk on our own. Soon after a lunch mob walked in and staff attended to them right away. Annoying, next time we'll stick to BJs across the street, they acknowledge walk ins immediately

It was super delicious and I loved it so much I went Saturday and Sunday. The milk shakes are also very delicious. We tasted the vanilla and the strawberry. I highly recommend going to Portillo's. They also have amazing staff. Gentleman in the front was extremely nice and helpful.
