  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my order was handled quickly and accurately. The food was prepared exceptionally well and came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. You can tell they take pride in the quality and presentation of their food. On top of that, the atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and inviting, making it a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal with family or friends. It’s always refreshing to visit a restaurant where great customer service, food quality, and a positive environment all come together. Keep up the excellent work, Pizza Hut!

  There's an employee at this location named Charles that intentionally takes 10 to 15 minutes to hand off a ready to go, Doordash order. Not sure.If he's educated enough to be aware that he's only screwing over his company's customers. When I brought it to his attention, he smiled and gave me his name and dared me to tell on him. I no longer do deliveries out of this location.

  Placed an online order at 6:45, arrived after 7. The guy at the register couldn't find my order and was just telling everyone to wait 20 minutes with no explanation. By 7:20 he came out with pizzas for people who had already left. Now it's 7:45, already received email saying foods ready, but there are so many people waiting I can't even confirm my order exists, let alone is being made, so we left without our 1 pizza.

  Management and staffing is awful. I waited for 20 minutes in the lobby before I got my order. Manager asked my name when I came in, proceeded to touch my order in the warmer a dozen times calling out other orders before another employee gave it to me. No apology for the wait, nothing offered to make up for the error. They seem to prioritize DoorDashers over direct customers. Get a pizza anywhere else.
