She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was absolutely amazing, and Mia’s outstanding service made the experience even better. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great first visit. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Mia as our server again. Thank you for making my husband’s birthday so special!

They appeared to be placed on an open flame because of all of the steaks had black char on the outside. Paying over $40 a plate should mean your steak is going to be cooked right! We should have ordered all steaks medium. Having 3 different cook orders may have been two much for the cook. The waiter was extremely nice though. And the sides. Including the blooming onion and clam chowder were amazing, though. So, not too bad. But I will order medium next time and just cancel the order if it doesn't come out right. I had to give low marks for the atmosphere because the tables are extremely cramped for anyone over 200lbs. And they seem to want to cramped everyone in a small area. Certainly a family type vibe. I wouldn't take my wife there for date night.
- KKKentJul 12, 20263.0Been years since I have been to an Outback. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, around 1pm. It's the middle of summer and hot, so I didn't want a lot or anything heavy. Unfortunately, most of the menu consited of $30-40 menu items. Asked about a lunch special and was told those are weekday only. Ok, I get it. She suggested one of the sandwiches. I didn't really want a $15 hamburger because I can get a burger anywhere. But was already seated and thought, what the heck. Ordered the 1/2# hamburger thinking I'll end up taking half home. Also ordered ice tea with lemon. Original server brought the tea, no lemon. No big deal. a few minutes later, someone else brings the hamburger. Asks if I needed anything with it. I said ketchup for the fries. I only mention this because the original server asked me the same and she didn't bring anything. The hamburger was ok, cooked like I asked for. It just didn't seem big enough to be a 1/2#. The lettuce and onion was heavily shreaded and falling everywhere. Not like you usually see on a hamburger. The dill pickle chips were underneath the burger that I found later. The hamburger itself was not bad, but not great either considering I'm paying $15 for it. Surprisingly, the fries were excellent. Cooked just right, excellent flavor, seasoned just riight. This was the best part of the meal. After I finished, the original server shows up, not to give me the check, but point to a box for me to pay through. And it defaults to a 20% tip to someone who only took the order and then pointed to a box. I felt I was working there, not her. I have mixed feelings on this. In some way, I still want to go back and try a dinner meal since it's been years since I've been there. But I also know, I won't go back for lunch. I ended up spending $25 on lunch when I could have had the same experience and a fast food place. Didn't feel it was worth it.
