  Breakfast bagels r my jam. They are the best. Other places put 3 slivers of onion , mcdonalds website says this shouldn't be. But this place! This place is awesome. They do what they are supposed to do with a smile and sometimes a chuckle. Keep coming back mostly due to staff in the early mornings! You rock

  I will give props where props are due drive they was busy and the service was fast and it looked like a crew of young kids. As a service manager myself I notice these things. Only issue was the woman taking orders outside had an attitude and was very dismissive and the kid at the drive thru def had some issues going on hopefully a manager can check up on him. Pretty concerning

  I recently visited the McDonald’s restaurant at 3185 S. Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona. I had placed my order on the phone app and retrieved my food in their drive thru. Using the app was easy and straightforward. I pulled up to the menu board and the voice asked what I wanted to order. I advised him that I placed the order on the app, then he asked for the app code, which I provided. He mumbled, “I see it.”, then stopped talking. The employees at the McDonald’s by my house always say, “Please pull forward.” at this point, but he said nothing, so I remained at the menu board. I could hear background noise, so his headset was still transmitting as I remained there for about 30 seconds. Then he asked if he could take my order. I reminded him that I had just placed my order and I was waiting for a response. He mumbled something I couldn’t understand, so I asked him if he was ready for me to pull forward and he said, “Yes.” I arrived at the window and the guy handed the beverage and a straw to me, then walked off. It took about another minute, then the guy presented a bag of food, thrust it at me, then walked off without saying a word. I checked the bag and everything was there, minus the receipt. I drove off and ate my meal. The food was hot, fresh and tasty, even the French fries. Summary for this visit, food was 5 stars and customer service was zero. That averages to 2.5, so I have to round it up to three stars for this review. McDonald’s would do themselves a huge favor to train their customer-facing employees about customer service.

  I unfortunately stop by this McDonald's on my way home from work but half of the time I end up regretting it. Although my food comes out fine, it's the service I usually am not happy with. Today is sort of the final straw here. Firstly, the drive thru lane is a hot mess. There should be cones or signs showing where the line goes cause a lot of people like to cut through the parking spots and claim they got there first when I go all the way around like a decent person to get behind a another car. Secondly, the staff is just miserable. Like, it's mostly kids who hate their jobs. Thirdly, their older staff usually don't speak English, which is fine but not if you are doing customer service and have to verify orders. First two people said coke to me and when I went to the final window, guy said "diet coke" and I responded with "it's suppose to be a coke" and he was like "yes". We went back and forth a couple of times and I just ended up taking the diet coke cause the dude did not understand what I was saying. I just wanted to go home. So now I'm eating my food with a diet coke which I hate. I will give them credit where it is due, (which is why I gave them 2 for service) but they do work fast. Probably gonna start going out of my way to go to the McDonald's on warner and cooper cause it's the only reliable McDonald's in a 10 mile radius.

  I haven't had McDonald's in a long time. I saw a commercial recently with the President in it. I said I should try it again. I think its this location. The food was really good compared to the last location. Big Mac with fries and a McDouble. The smell of frys and burgers traveled all the way back where I was. So many cars waiting on the drive thru. My dog had the biggest smile wagging her tail. It smelled delicious.
