    I’ve only gone to this Mcdonalds twice, and both times the service has been horrible. The first time I went, I had placed a mobile order for pickup inside. When I went in, there was nobody at the counter. The workers just kept glancing at me instead of asking what I needed. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes until I had to try to get one of the employees attention. When I finally got their attention, I got no response and they just handed me the bag. To top it all off, the order was for one large fry… that’s it. Fast forward to today, and I placed another mobile order. My mistake, I had placed the order for inside rather than the drive thru. I apologized and explained at the speaker. The employee proceeded to give me the nastiest attitude and a rude response. Lastly, I know my expectations shouldn’t be high, but this McDonald’s sucks at serving warm food and my burgers have looked like a toddler assembled them. I understand that it’s a fast paced work environment, but the food and the service is very poor at this location.

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel like I should. After work, I placed a mobile curbside order because I had points to use. It only takes about 5 minutes to get to this location, so I parked in spot 5 and thought I had checked in correctly through the app. After waiting around 15 minutes with no update, I realized something must not have gone through properly, so I checked in again and made sure it said spot 5. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I finally called the store. The manager immediately told me, “You have to confirm the order.” I explained that I had used the app before, had already tried to confirm it, and that something clearly bugged out this time. Instead of trying to help troubleshoot or even listening, she just kept repeating the same thing over and over. I would have been completely fine with a simple, “Looks like the app bugged out, come inside and we’ll take care of you.” Technology issues happen. I wasn’t upset about needing to come inside. What upset me was the way I was spoken to through the entire interaction. Even when I showed her that the order screen wasn’t functioning properly anymore, she continued repeating the same line like I didn’t understand how to use the app. It felt incredibly condescending, especially considering I was already frustrated, hungry, and had been waiting around 30 minutes at that point. Food was fine, but the customer service from the manager was honestly one of the least helpful interactions I’ve had in a long time. There’s a huge difference between solving a problem and making a customer feel stupid for having one. I’ll likely just stop coming to this location after this experience. I know I’m just one customer and it probably won’t matter much to them, but after how I was treated, I’d rather go somewhere else.

    Visited this evening, no one in the lobby but myself and another guy and his two kids. Ordered a ice coffee, had to ask after 15 minutes for it, where it was. Ordered first but received my order last. Finally asked if they were making a iced coffee. No apologies, no thank you have a good night. Just hands me it, Rude service, manager was at the from the whole time seemed unconcerned, at least five people working. Heard workers talking about there drinks they had back there, but yet cared not to get mine made Will not return here. Printer at self kiosk didn't print my receipt.

    I visited the drive-thru around 9 PM and ordered four ice cream cones but was told they were unavailable. This has happened multiple times before 8–9 times, and each time I’ve gone inside afterward, I was able to get the ice cream, which shows it was actually available. I spoke with the manager today, but I didn’t feel my concern was taken seriously. This kind of inconsistent and misleading service is disappointing, and I hope management addresses it.

    I was assisted by an employee named Yennifer who took our order and payment at the drive-through on 4/21/26. While I understand lunch rushes can be busy, the service we received felt unprofessional and disrespectful, which significantly affected our visit. Yennifer appeared rushed, to the point that it impacted service quality. I was not given the opportunity to customize my burger, and when I corrected her at the window about no pickles, there was no acknowledgment or apology—only a sense of rudeness. She did not extend her hand to hand me my cash; instead, she kept it by the window, making it difficult for me to reach my change. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it, saying she didn’t have to. I had to request assistance at the second window to obtain my change from a different employee. A separate staff member mentioned that Yennifer is often rude, suggesting an ongoing pattern rather than a single bad day. I was concerned enough to speak with the store manager, who attributed the behavior to rushing. I did not feel assured that the issue would be properly addressed. I do not plan to return to this location unless there are clear improvements in customer service standards and staff accountability. I am disappointed and would like to see a noticeable change in staff conduct and accountability. Be better.
