Food was GREAT!!! Really nice service. I suggest the chicken nuggets if you’ve already been there. The server gave me a free cheeseburger 🍔. Best day ever. 😊😊😊😊😊🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔

Service here used to be great! There was a very nice asian lady and a few others who were exceptional. Now, multiple times the staff haven't been very friendly and often abrasive. Additionally, I've gone here near closing time, but still about 10 minutes prior. The screens and lights were on, but they refused to take my order or even respond. I've heard the background of the mic turning on. I understand they probably want to get home, but you're open and everything's on. At least tell me things are closed early or SOMETHING!

First off, RON is the BEST EMPLOYEE this McDonald's has ever had and I have been going to this location since it opened. He is Friendly, uses your name and knows my name now since this is my regular location. His customer service skills are on point. I am sure he could and should be in management, at the same time he does an amazing job and I am confident with saying he brightens the days of many. A++++ FOR RON!! After Ron takes your order and you pull up to the next windows is where things start going downhill. I have lost count at this point how many times my order is wrong, instructions were not followed with an order, or I leave without even getting my full order. I used my app today, bought 3 drinks and was suppose to get a free large fry. Due to the confusion of what drinks I ordered at the window, I completely forgot about my Fries and nobody ever gave me any. I realized when I got home. 🙃 This location needs some major training and consistency with the younger kids that work there and some of the other managers as well. Rudy is a great manager. When he is not their you can tell. I hope you take my comments and praise for Ron and Rudy and continue hiring people like them and constructive criticism for the rest. Thank you!

I stop here almost every morning, and you need more people like Ron at the window! He is always positive, uplifting, and on top of his job. He’s almost always working whenever I stop by, and he consistently provides great customer service. His attitude and work ethic really stand out, and he makes starting the day a little brighter. Employees like Ron are an asset to your team, and he deserves to be recognized for the great job he does!
