  You don't have small coffee cups today, so instead of just giving anyone who asks for a small coffee, a medium coffee free of charge (or even just filling a medium cup halfway) i am asked to pay more for a medium just to get coffee. Just no common sense and bad service. Also, drive through rep handed me food and tried to give me the wrong drink- then asked if the order was for Joey, i told her it was not. She asked me to give her the food back that had already been in my car. Then we confirmed it was the same food order just a different drink so handed it back to me. I live 1 minute away and my breakfast sandwich was cold, clearly had been previously ordered and just siitting around for "Joey". I'm reminded why I dont come to McDonalds anymore.

  Ron is the best. He made my day. Also I love when the fries are fresh at this location.

  Got the mc dubble with mayo an extra onion with light lettuce an this what I got a slope burger with over cooked meat was not pleased

  I watched the shorter older woman with long curly hair and a claw clip be so rude to the older customers, refusing to refill their coffee and she was also Refusing to take some customers orders upfront and telling them to go to the kiosk, and if they were still waiting by the normal place to take orders, she would walk away and leave. It is disgusting how she thinks she has the audacity to treat any person like this let alone, the older people who are actually being so nice and kind to her, I have worked at McDonald’s before and I worked in the food and service Industry as a manager I really believe she should be fired. If not fired, she should take a duct of her pay. It is disgusting how she treats other people, especially at her job That she is getting paid to be there to do.

  Walked in Manager on her phone texting no greeting, Cashier walked up kept having to repeat order because he had headphones in and the drive thru headset on repeated order like 6 times and still got it wrong went to speak to a manager about us missing a sandwich and she refunded us a sandwich for what reason I don’t know and still replaced the sandwich that was missing never will I return or recommend this to anyone
