  What a terrible experience, I sat in the 2 lane drive through as 3 cars go past in the other lanes and I don’t get a peep while a line forms behind me, then after trying to get their attention for a minute I got my already ordered mobile order. The result…a milk shake with that could be labeled a medium with how little they put in. It didn’t even reach the top of the cup and they put a whip cream lid on top, it’s laughable.

  Yall stay messing up orders i order a sausage muffin got two hash browns instead and I had work so couldn't go back thanks yall need serious training at this location I understand it's mainly younger crew but still with prices yall should do better

  Not super happy as I order the same meal every time I go to this location, I ask for a meal with no lettuce and they somehow always put it in the sandwich. I mean it’s on a screen describing how it’s to be prepared. I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ll find somewhere else to eat from this point on.

  BEST fast-food place I've been to for SERVICE!! Extremely polite. Orders are always spot-on, hot, and fresh, and they're generous with the fries! I've even seen employees outside picking up trash and wiping down the windows. Inside is always impeccable as well! I've never seen a more efficient and well-run McDonald's with the kindest employees.

  Subject: Customer Service Concern Regarding Employee Interaction Dear McDonald’s Management Team, I would like to share a concern regarding my recent experience at your location. I am a regular customer and visit this McDonald’s for breakfast almost every other day because I appreciate the convenience and service your team provides. On Friday, June 23, I visited your location around 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM for my usual order. Ron assisted me with placing my order and helped me complete the checkout process. I then proceeded through the drive-thru to pick up my food. When I arrived at the pickup window, I was greeted by a female employee who appeared to be a manager. During the interaction, she asked me what my order was. I explained that I had ordered a burger, but she insisted that I had a different order. She then asked for my name, and when I responded, she said in a rude and dismissive manner that I would not have the name associated with the order. The way she communicated with me felt disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. She also directed me to another window to wait without providing a clear explanation or showing concern for the inconvenience. I have been involved in the business industry for many years, and I understand that customer relationships and employee professionalism are essential to building a successful business. A customer’s experience is often determined by how they are treated during small interactions. A manager or leader should set the standard for patience, respect, and positive communication. I respectfully ask that management review this situation, speak with the employee involved, and have a constructive conversation with her about the importance of customer service, communication, and treating every guest with respect. My intention is not to create conflict, but to help improve the customer experience and support the continued success of this location. Employees represent the brand and the community they serve. A negative interaction like this can impact customer trust and loyalty, while a positive approach can create lifelong customers. I believe addressing this situation through proper coaching and communication can help prevent similar experiences for other guests in the future.
