  I ordered a Turkey Tom to be delivered and this is what came. I tried to call their number, someone picked up and hung up immediately. I drove to the store to return it. The employees were rude to me. I asked for only the delivery charge to be taken off since I had to drive down there and they couldn’t even do that. I will not be going to Jimmy John’s at this location again.

  Ordered a sandwich 30 mins before I got there expecting it to be ready but they didn’t even start making it til I got there’s. Said it’ll only take a couple seconds and threw together the worst sandwich ever, absolutely no meat and falling apart. I’m not doing Jimmys anymore

  This location is usually amazing, but today I ordered a Turkey Tom to go and once I got home I realized it came with 1 sliver of thinly sliced turkey. For the price that is beyond disappointing.

  Placed a DoorDash order from here (12 minutes left to order from there before they stopped taking door dash orders) and I get it’s cutting close but hey they are still open. And so the nice lady picking up my orders tells me, “the doors are locked and the workers are just staring at me but aren’t coming to the door.” I said, okay well, that sucks it’s only 8:55pm (they close at 9pm). And she tells me “here hold on they are finally coming to the door.” I hear her say that he (i) placed the order 10 min ago, do you guys have it by chance? And one of the guys response in a freaking rude sarcastic tone answer, “well no, not if we’re closed.” They were not closed they just closed and locked the doors early. The guy was just rude to her and ignored her for a couple minutes while literally making eye contact with her. Just do your job and close when it’s time to close. They confirmed my order which they didn’t have to, they didn’t have to accept it if they wanted to not work and close a bit earlier. So frustrating and feel bad for the lady picking up my order. Whoever was closing on april 23rd, 2026 and are a male, you should be ashamed buddy. Very bad and rude service.

  Today, my family and I visited Jimmy John’s for lunch, and I was surprised and disappointed with the customer service. I was ordering for my four-year-old daughter, who just wanted turkey—no bread, no veggies. Anyone with kids knows how picky they can be, and I know modifications can be annoying but we have to order what the kids are going to eat. The gentleman taking our order was friendly and understanding, which I appreciated. However, the woman preparing the sandwich was incredibly rude letting us know that they don’t offer turkey as a side and insisting I had to order a sandwich instead. So I ordered a plain turkey sandwich for her. When it arrived, it was the largest size, and the turkey was literally stuffed into the bread. I usually avoid writing negative reviews because I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the rudeness we encountered was so unnecessary and ridiculous.
