- JFJasmin FelixSep 27, 20261.0Right off the bat when you walk through the door unfortunately the employee was sitting down on his phone did not greet or any hello had an attitude and the fact that this is a job he applied for and is getting paid for then continue to roll his eyes gets to the register and has the worst face expression while we're looking at the menu I let him know that we are not ready and we just need a little time he continued and signed with an attitude very unprofessional very unnecessary this could have been a very better experience sadly this is my first time at Jimmy John's in definitely will not be going back they really do need better customer service unfortunately and this happened September the 27th at 5:18 p.m do better employees

The cashier didn't ask me how I wanted my sandwich, what ingredients I liked, what kind of bread I preferred, if I wanted cheese... nothing! My sandwich tasted so plain, my chips were better than the sandwich, and I don't know if it was the bread or the ingredients, but something tasted really weird on my sandwich. I had to throw it out, so there went my lunch.
