  Leaving this review because I feel like it'll balance things not to discount anyone's bad experience but I've just never had one here. they've always been timely with my order everything's been made correct and I've had pleasant experience.

  I discovered if you don’t leave them a tip, even though you’re coming to pick up your order and they are doing nothing but their job of making it, they give you the day old bread. Possibly even the three day old bread. And my sandwich taste weird. I can’t believe how these kids are these days. They want a tip for everything! And what’s worse is, I desperately dug for some cash because this happened to be a free sandwich. I felt horrible that I didn’t have cash on me – but now I’m never giving them a tip again. And I’m gonna place my order and watch them make it From now on.

  Very friendly and helpful! When I pick up my orders and have my babies with me I call and ask if they can bring the food out to me in my car. And everytime they do it for me which is so convenient. Also as a past JJs employee (not this location) I know that is not required of them to do but they still do it and I appreciate it a lot. As a mom any little help like this goes a long way. Food is also always yummy of course! 😊😊
