We stopped for sandwiches to take the Dbacks game yesterday. My daughter in law requested her sandwich be warmed and they could not accommodate her request. Then once we got to the game, the regular turkey sub with cheese had no cheese and was embarrassingly underwhelming. No cheese and not even two slices of turkey. We spent a good amount of money on subs plus I tipped. Very disappointing.

I would like to thank the staff tonight. Notably a woman with dark hair and pink hair for taking a last minute order right before close. After a day of house renovations we weren’t quite time aware, just hungry. So the efficiency and acceptance of our order are greatly appreciated and we apologize for stopping in so close to close.
The place is not Ada, I tried getting a straw and a lid for my drink and they were posted up top on top of the vending machine when I'm sitting in a wheelchair.

One star.
I actually love Jimmy John’s, which is why this experience stood out for the wrong reasons. I sat patiently waiting for my food after being told my order would be called out. The young lady called my order, but with several other bags sitting there, I walked up just to clarify which one was mine.
The giant sub was broken into two pieces, so I asked her about it. She rolled her eyes and just pointed. I then asked if there was a bag, and again, she just pointed with the same condescending attitude.
The manager was nice, but the young lady working the counter was absolutely poor in the way she handled customers. I watched her interact the same way with other people while I was there.
Jimmy John’s is a great place, but if the staff treats customers like they’re a burden, people are going to stop coming back.
