    The absolute worst sandwich shop I've ever been to. and when calling back to find out what our orders were and the state they were in they were little help, just seemed frustrated that I called and had the audacity to ask me if I just called to complain or what my actual problem was. see the pics for your self. also when we were given the sandwiches in the store the lady actually just put the sandwiches on the counter and handed us a bag to bag them ourselves. this is even after tipping them for the meal without table service. 80 bucks plus tip for garbage food and garbage service. the kid who took our order was awesome though.

    Stopped in for a sandwich at this location, the staff here are horrible. When you enter first they greet you with what do you want, secondly they make your sandwich and drop it on the counter and and not say a word, after about 5 minutes of waiting the woman says those are your sandwiches there pointing at them on the counter while taking out trash. I will never be coming to this location if you hate making sandwiches maybe you should look for another job. Whoever owns this Franchis location, Iam sorry you making a bad business decision by allowing these people work here, especially that woman taking out the trash in the video

    It was my first time trying Jimmy John’s the only thing that was good about the food was the bread. There were 3 people on the line and one taking orders. I placed my order and didn’t get my sub right. There was multiple things missing off of it. Way too expensive for below sub par food. $35 for two subs is crazy.

    We stopped for sandwiches to take the Dbacks game yesterday. My daughter in law requested her sandwich be warmed and they could not accommodate her request. Then once we got to the game, the regular turkey sub with cheese had no cheese and was embarrassingly underwhelming. No cheese and not even two slices of turkey. We spent a good amount of money on subs plus I tipped. Very disappointing.
