  They tried to serve me premade frozen smoothie from their freezer. They put it away once I caught them. And asked them to make a fresh one.

  Today 7/25/2026 @5:05pm I received the best service at this location! The girls that were working were polite , attentive and just overall made it a positive experience. I unfortunately did not get their names to add to my review.

  I always go to this Jamba whenever I go to chandler and have always had a good experience. Today 7/3/26 around 3:20pm I’ve encountered the worst staff member. Specially an older lady with glasses in jeans. She took multiple orders before me and my family, right when I approached the counter she says “we’ll be right with you” then walks away I reply “oh yeah no worries” we waited patiently in line. During the wait I constantly hear her say to the rest of the employees “I’m stopping orders” “I’m not mad” and I hear her staff say “it’s been a day” i completely understand super busy days and had no problem waiting but hearing comments like that are just unprofessional. Having 4 staff members 3 girls including herself and a male look ALL TOGETHER at a screen deciding which drinks to make, or if they should start taking new orders, was something I just didn’t understand. I appreciate the gentlemen working, as he politely asked that older lady if he can start taking new orders, as he knew we had been standing there, but she then stops what she’s doing, indecisively thinks about it, and jolts “no wait hold on”. Clearly I’m sensing this lady does not wanna take our order, but I still continue to wait before deciding to go. This part upsets me the most as me and my family begin to walk away she then quickly takes the person behind us who hasn’t even waited as long as we have. Like I said this Jamba has never been an issue to me, I understand the staff were just doing the best they can and listening to this lady. But whoever that lady is was very unprofessional and not welcoming and looked awfully stressed out. I hope no one else encounters her and the experience we’ve had today.

  I shop at the mall every week, Last couple weeks I been hoping to get my fav person to make my peanut butter drinks. Where has Alexa been? She was great getting my drinks just right! This saddens me, she not there anymore?? My drinks have not been the same.
