Had a lovely dinner here. A little wait was there because of weekend rush. Got the Itlu special dosa which had a delicious filling of potato, onion, paneer and cheese. Also tasted the curry leaf thatte idli, it was very soft and all the chutneys( coconut, peanut and tomato) and sambar tasted fantastic. Also, tried their filter coffee which was made perfectly! Would go there again to try the live snacks counter.

Very expensive but food super average. I just got one curry in $17.25 and taste was even not good. Beware guys.

Lately, Itlu has become our go-to spot whenever our friends get together. It's one of those places that's consistently reliable you simply can't go wrong with their Punugulu, Idly, Gheepodi idly,Pongal(available sometimes) and Filter Coffee. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and tastes just as good every time we visit.
What's impressed me the most is their consistency. They've maintained the same quality and taste for months since they opened, which is rare and definitely worth appreciating. If you're looking for authentic South Indian comfort food in Chandler, Itlu is an easy recommendation.

We visited this restaurant for breakfast for the first time. Unfortunately, the breakfast menu wasn’t very clear. It listed “Poori & Curry”, but it didn’t specify what kind of curry was being served. I asked the person at the front if it was poori chole orchole bathure, and instead of answering my question, he simply pointed his finger at the menu.
That response came across as clearly rude. Even if a customer asks something that isn’t on the menu, there’s a respectful way to communicate. Pointing at the menu instead of speaking is not good customer service. If you’re too busy to answer a simple question, have someone else at the front.
A clearer menu and a more courteous approach to customer service would make the experience much better, especially for first-time visitors.
