  We just visited this restaurant for lunch. Waited nearly 20 mins nobody took orders, we were seated in our table.dont know if there was a labor shortage or food shortage ! We ended up wasting our time , we would avoid this place in future!

  First There service is very very poor and in the counter people fool innocent people I buy falooda and they charge me gulab jamun paan money so be aware with this people and it is very shameful and I am not recommend this restaurant to anyone

  The food was OK but I was shocked to see that the restaurants provides drinking water in small plastic water bottles to each and every customer. During the course of the meal, one customer can end up consuming 3-4 small bottles of water. What a tremendous waste ? All those plastic bottles end up in filling landfills !! Huge carbon footprint. and How come none of the so called environment friendly Indian customers have not raised this as an issue in any of the reviews. The city should immediately stop this restaurant from serving water in plastic bottles.

  We came here to try the weekend thali and boy were we disappointed! The food here is mediocre. When I saw the lines I was expecting great food!! I am not sure what all the hype is about. The weekend thali was awful, I have had way better thali in other East Valley restaurants, the dosa was ok, again, it’s better in other places. We came half hour before closing so the crowd was not too bad, we still had to wait 20 mins to be seated. The service was awful. You feel like you are being rushed out because they need to close in 1/2 hour. When it was time to leave, we had to wait in a line while the people in front of us couldn’t decide which dessert to purchase and were holding up the line. Their checkout system sucks! Huge bottleneck! I would have came back if the food was good but definitely will not be coming back here.

  I picked up my order - everything was delicious, spicy which is expected given the authenticity of the recipe. I had to drive for a while with the food in my car and really appreciated that they put parchment paper on the styrofoam container - not only protecting the harmful chemicals leaching into the food but also keeping the fried foods crispy! The other hot foods were not in styrofoam which was excellent! Thanks Itlu team!
