Manager was very helpful instead but didn't provide us with receipts. Rice in both of our Chicken Tostada Salads were burned and crumbled together in chunks so we had to keep spitting that out on every bite!? Why use old burned rice!? Avocado had black and looked old. Chicken also didn't taste the same!? Hate when things change, we won't be returning to this location which is usually our go-to before Ross & TJ Maxx. Hoping the chicken hasn't changed at all locations or I will stop going altogether. What a disappointment....

Laughing when one doesnt understand something on the menu is begging to be in fast food forever. Poor girl. Your job consist on HELPING and ASSISTING. Pico and salsa fresca are the same... why was there such a huge communication on that? Idk but I definitely left and went elsewhere
