    I usually love Dutch bros although the problem is this location did not do my drink properly, the service was so slow they took 1 hour to just take my order, and most of the employees were just sitting around.

    Leaving two bad reviews only because the manager here thinks she can run the show. You do not yell at your customers and you do not refuse service after a 40 minute wait with a crying baby in the car… 40 minute wait is way too long. We weren’t even that far back in line a bunch of high school punks running this place. Zero stars if I could. Your area manager will be hearing from me.

    They are prioritizing the people that walk up to the counter over their drive thru wrapped to the street. Seeing five people park and get their drinks before the line moves two car lengths is not acceptable. Minus the one at Westgate I've never had to wait even a third of the length of time I did today just to order one coffee. You're by the mall, people shop and need caffeine, please work on the wait times.

    1 hour and 2 minutes is how long we waited in the drive thru line. There were 8 employees inside making drinks, and not once during the whole 1 hour wait did they send anybody outside to take orders. All orders were taken at the window. We get it, it’s hot, it’s Arizona. But, you can take turns going out for 10 minutes each to take orders, please. If they did that, it would’ve only been like a 20 minute DB trip. Time is valuable, and it was really a sad experience that we wasted an hour of it stuck in the Dutch Bros drive thru line, unable to escape.

    Love this location! Just moved here from mesa and I was very impressed by how fast this location gets through the line. I was never able to stop in mesa because when the line wrapped it would be 30min but this location with the line wrapped only takes 15-20min and as a result i have been able to go more often even when im rushing and save money because their iced americano is only around $4. Thank you for your efforts Dutch Bros! Ill be here alot more often!
