  Tried their peach iced and blended green tea at this location, both taste off like the syrup is old or out of date. Really unpleasant and not what we’re used to at other locations.

  Love this location, very friendly staff. Never a long wait even with two full lanes of cars.

  Waited in the drive through line for 40 minutes. 40 minutes. Saying its ridiculous is an understatement. The only reason why I stayed is because I couldnt exit because the cars behind me. You guys need to come up with a more efficient way to run your drive through. It takes way to long to make the orders, especially if your taking the order at the window and not in advance. I understand its 110 degrees out, but your running a business in Arizona. It is what it is. Do better.....

  I frequent a Dutch rather often. Yes I do have their app. I’ve never placed a mobile order as the drive-thru is my usual preference. Today, due to the long line and what appeared to be unsafe for oncoming traffic. I decided to do a walk up order- bad idea 👎. I noticed as I stood there, mobile orders do not get priority. You may as well just do a walk up order. Then, as you sit there waiting with the vast amount of people alongside, you can watch your drink just sit there because as the gal at the window told me after asking if it was my drink, “Yes, it is yours but you need to wait until I pass out other orders before I can give you your drink.” Somehow I don’t think anyone would’ve cared if I got my order right then, as we all were sitting there with this vibe of, “let’s hope we all get our drinks someday- an unspoken camaraderie.” Not only was this an unpleasant interaction, but I was received in the same way by the person who took my order when he told me he had to pass out drinks before he could even take my order. Hey Dutch, I get it! Maybe nobody gets priority BUT maybe put a little priority on some of your walk up orders and mobile orders like you do with your drive up folks. I really do like Dutch. I prefer it way more than your competitors. Never did I ever think however that I would be placing a review like this for you. Today was exceptionally bad though. Both Dutch employees were not very friendly. I take this unfriendliness due to the fact that they were both stressed. Dutch, do something about this because it wasn’t enjoyable today. 😏😒
