- EFEric FryeMay 11, 20262.0Ordered a Birthday Cake Smoothie, it was basically liquid cream sugar with sprinkles on it, I don't think I finished 5% of it. My friend spit it out when I let her try it, but she usual frequents this place for ice coffee so it's possible that's just not a good shake cuz it was a watery sugar bomb .

- JMJONNA MILLERMay 7, 20261.0Went around 8pm. Never got to order a drink, went to the walk up window and stood there for 6 mins without being acknowledged. It was three workers in there all standing by the drive through window holding a conversations and laughing and I guess assisting the customers but how many people can hand drinks out of a small window? And then another young woman walked from the other side and looked at me and kept walking. I eventually just left. That’s horrible customer service because even if you’re busy you should at least speak and let a customer know you will be with them shortly.

This made it extremely difficult to access nearby businesses, including the Navy Federal Credit Union ATM. Situations like this are exactly why this plaza is consistently congested. Proper line management is a basic responsibility, and the lack of awareness and professionalism from the Dutch staff only made things worse. This kind of behavior negatively impacts every other business in that plaza.
- TWTaylor WhettenApr 26, 20261.011:20 AM on 4/26 — A female employee with brown ties back hair in a turquoise shirt held up the drive-through to flirt with a customer, causing a backup of cars trying to exit also blocking all access to navy federal credit union. When we asked the driver to move, she mocked my partner and said “ohhh so big and scary.” No one was even talking to her. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and poorly managed. Tried calling the store, but no answer and the phones were closed till Monday.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!

We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
