  Stopped by the walk-up window in the middle of the afternoon to place an order of one drink. A mix-up must’ve happened in which my drink was given to another guest. I waited for over 20 minutes and when I returned to the window to inquire about the status of the order, an employee seemed irritated and confused about the missing order and assumed that I had already picked it up. Two stars because he offered to remake my drink. He asked what my order was, but halfway through recounting, he stopped listening and talked over me, assuming the drink that I ordered was the same as another that my friend had ordered in hers, and made a completely wrong drink for me. Not sure why he asked what my order was if he was not going to make it right. At this point, we had waited in the heat for over 30-40 minutes and left without pressing for another drink to be made.

  I’ve ordered for pick up a lot from here. Every time except twice has been very disappointing. Rude staff, wrong drink, wrong size, etc. But on this particular night I was heavily disrespected. When I first got out of my car all the staff were sitting on a picnic bench. There was one staff member working the window. Before I came up to the window they were all talking and laughing with each other, but turned around and stared at me for a good three seconds without saying anything as I was walking up. I said “Hello” pretty loudly, no response. Three girls were standing there giggling with the staff. They were done ordering just standing there. At the end of their conversation the staff said “wait I totally just forgot what you said”. Then proceeded to start conversing with the girls again. I was sitting on the right picnic bench when you’re looking at the window. After around 6 minutes of sitting there and being completely ignored, I sat up and walked back to my car to talk about it with my family. They were watching the whole thing and also thought it was very weird. After a couple minutes I walked back to the picnic bench and sat down. Then the staff working the window said “Sorry. Pick up or placing?” He was looking through the girls standing there talking to him and they would not move until he grabbed my drink and handed it to me. Then he said “Can I get you anything else?” I said no thank you and he just went back to talking with the girls. I placed my order for 9:10, finally left at 9:30 with my melted blended drink.

  Not sure what the point of ordering ahead is when you still have to wait just as long. Wanted to use the order ahead because I was in a rush, it said it would be ready at 7:15, pulled up and only a hand full of cars in line mind you, and I still waited 20 minutes for my drink.
