- COCarlos OsunaMay 9, 20262.0I love Dunkin but every time I go to this location, the food order is usually wrong and my drink is like half ice. Terrible value for how expensive it’s gotten. If I’m paying $6+ for matcha, I expect it to not be half ice and half foam. Do better.
- BMBECKY MARNELLMay 9, 20262.0The iced coffee here is never good. They always get the order wrong even and once they fix their mistake it's still not good. We usually have to repeat ourselves multiple times. The customer service early in the morning also isn't great. We've gone their for years and Noone that has worked the front has been smiley or upbeat. There used to be a lady that would complain and be mad to the point it would make us uncomfortable. That place needs and overhaul. I love dunkins but this location is just bad all the way around.

The girl at the drive-thru — I didn’t catch her name, but she was really nice and had such a great attitude. It really made my day. My sandwich was cooked all the way through and even the bacon was fully cooked. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations where it’s been half-cooked, so this was a huge plus. Coffee was just okay for me — a little too milky for my taste — but everything else was spot on. Best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had so far!
- SPS PApr 1, 20261.0Place is called Dunkin DONUTS and the donuts are stale. They have to be days old at this point. The dough is dry and hard around all the edges. Disgusting and disappointing for $2 per donut. Save yourself the disappointment and go across the street to Bosa for donuts.
