- SSSilverMay 11, 20263.0I don't know if the coffee was burnt or not, but this iced coffee I got was a weird mix of bitter and sweet that most other coffees I've had. On a side note, the bagels- I'm not a fan of sandwiches that are so dense/dry that it hurts to chew 😂 - i think it might be the result of reheating frozen food causing that to happen.

Instead of offering any alternative or trying to help, they just said no and left it at that. The customer service was very poor and unhelpful. If you’re not willing to serve customers or find a solution, you shouldn’t be in the service industry. Don’t waste your time stopping here.
