- KMKhalid MitchellMay 11, 20263.0At this specific location, the last two times I ordered a matcha latte, the cup was only about three-fourths full. I go to Dunkin’ three or four times a week and it’s one of my favorite places, but I don’t experience this issue at other locations, whether the drink has foam or not. Since this has happened twice in a row at this location, I wanted to leave feedback in hopes it gets addressed.
- ACAlex CrandallMay 11, 20261.0i do not recommend coming here, the management is portly chosen and some workers don’t know how to act, i tried speaking with a manager(eddie) and he was rude and uncooperative with me the coffee is always lukewarm and never hot and it looks unprofessional, needs better management.

Having their POS system on a stick so you have to swipe your card yourself in the drive thru with the standard "it's gonna ask you a question" aka wanting tips is so off putting. This is not a restaurant, this is not sit down service, nobody is cleaning after me. What Extra service do you provide to justify a tip in drive thru? It's illegal for me to accept tips but for some reason these employees think doing their basic job duties means they can make the customer feel guilty into a tip because Dunkin refuses to pay a living wage. I just go to Bosa Donuts now, less convenient but I don't have to deal with emotions in the transaction. Eating out feels like a chore these days, it's no longer fun or enjoyable. "If you don't want to tip, don't go out to eat" I accept these terms. Bye Dunkin
