- IHIsaiah HellemsJun 28, 20261.0I went to Dunkin today before work at about 12:30pm. I ended up ordering a cold brew with hazelnut flavoring and 2 wake-up wraps. Since I only work about a minute away from the shop I pulled into the parking lot of my job and decided to eat the wraps in my car. I took a bite of the first one and immediately noticed that it tasted off. I got one that was bacon egg and cheese. But all I tasted was plastic. It basically tasted like whatever machine they cooked it in and nothing like the food that it should taste like. Almost like a faint chemical taste. Seeing as though I didn't get breakfast I decided to finish one but couldn't bring myself to eat the other. About 4 hours later I am throwing up everything I ate and felt nauseous and dizzy afterwards. This had happened last week as well when I got the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Except with that one bite and threw it away which was the thing I should have done with this. I've never had an issue with their donuts but something is going on with how they're preparing food back there. If you go here I feel like the coffee and the donuts are fine but don't order any general food like breakfast sandwiches or anything else. I live in Maricopa myself and I work in Chandler and I've never had an issue like this with the one in Maricopa. The food taste like it should so something's going on here and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced anything odd when it comes to their breakfast sandwiches at this location. If you don't want nausea and low level food poisoning I would avoid at all costs.

Normally I have a good normal experience, most the time quick, today I waited in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes after I ordered and the guy at the window handed me my bag and asked me to check to make sure my order was correct. I thought this was odd. I'll update the review for the next visit but this one is for this visit.

I go to Dunkin’ three or four times a week and it’s one of my favorite places, but I don’t experience this issue at other locations, whether the drink has foam or not. Since this has happened twice in a row at this location, I wanted to leave feedback in hopes it gets addressed.
