And you're saying to me, "it will be right out". 25 min wait in a short line is not "right out". I said absolutely nothing about it. Got greeted with a dirty look, like how dare I be placing an order at 1pm for lunch? Zero apology for the wait and attitude. Zero offer to make it right. And they get paid 18 an hour for this?!
