- ASAnthony SampleMay 7, 20263.0I came in around 4:30 on a Thursday only one customer in line. It took about 15 min to make my Quesadilla, steak bowl & burrito. I suggest this location adds another tortilla warmer. Perhaps have 2-3 people on the line. I speak from experience managing a chipotle 18 years ago in Colorado where it started. This location was similar to this one, yet it had 3 high schools within a mile… so if that explains how busy it was. The prep needed, minimum employees needed per hour/ shift. I recently started coming here instead of the one on Gilbert/Germann. Same-Same but different!! (Not to mention I stopped at a Chipotle earlier in Tucson around 1pm & their register wasn’t working,,,..,)

- JJJanMay 3, 20265.0Shoutout to Abiola and Sofia for being absolute rockstars! I came in during what looked like a pretty hectic rush, the line was seriously long but those two never skipped a beat. They kept things moving without making me feel like I was being rushed out the door, which I really appreciated. And the food? Perfectly portioned, no shortcuts taken even with the crowd behind me. That kind of consistency when things are busy is honestly impressive. These two are a seriously great tag team. The kind of duo that just works.. they've clearly got great communication and a solid rhythm together. If every employee brought that same energy and care to their shift, this place would be unstoppable. Management, take note
