- AHAhmed H.6 days ago1.0We stood in line for 15 minutes with nobody in front of us or behind us. The employees were just standing around doing nothing and looking at us like we worked there. We even asked if someone was going to help us. One guy came out, looked around, and then went right back to the back. We ended up leaving without being served. Horrible customer service. We had to go to Chick-fil-A instead.

I took it back to the store and they remade my actual order, get back to the office and they didn’t put my protein or hot sauce on it. Tried to call multiple times, no answer.

It would take 2-3 minutes to wipe things down. I wonder how dirty it is in the back. Ugh. I’ll avoid this one in the future. Many other options around.
