- JZJames Ze4 days ago2.0I used to really like this Chick-fil-A location, but the quality has gone downhill recently. Today I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries, and both were disappointing. The chicken on the sandwich was cold, bland, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. The fries were cold too. I know Chick-fil-A is usually known for fresh, high-quality food, so this was frustrating. I hope this location gets back to serving the fresh, hot meals that made it one of my favorite locations.

When I brought it to their attention, the staff was happy to replace it, and I appreciated their prompt and friendly service. The replacement was much better. I started to pull up to the window where you receive the food but the young man stopped me and apologized and said the order and payment was deleted for some reason. He apologized again and said I would place my order and pay at the window. I get to the window the manager was there to help me. He then apologized and took my order and payment. I said no problem as long as I am not double charged. He assured me that I will not be but I made sure to get my receipt just in case. He said I am giving you goodies for your hassle. I said, I promise it was not a problem nor a hassle for me, things happen. He gave me my food and added in a couple of cookies and brownies. Thank You to ALL of you for actually caring about your customers and for the goodies. It is not about receiving free stuff it's the fact that more than 1 employee not only took the time to apologize and acknowledge that there was a small issue/error with their ordering system but it got corrected immediatley and you all did it with smiles and took your time to get me taken care of while there were other cars behind me. Adding in the goodies was a very nice jesture :) Keep up the Great Customer Service !! Seeing employees actually smiling and being engaging with their customers while working is a rarity anymore but You All are Nailing it :)
