  I don’t understand why this location has door dashers going through the drive thru line. It’s almost always 10 cars deep, not to mention having to battle through the endless In&Out drive thru line. Just holds our entire night hostage. 15 min wait every single time

  I don’t ever leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be documented due to the food quality and how the situation was handled. I ordered a 12-count nugget, medium fry, and 4 Chick-fil-A sauces. From the moment I said my order to when the food was handed to me, it was about 50 seconds. I asked if the food was fresh and requested a fresh order. The employee who ran my food stepped away, came back shortly after, and told me the order had just been made. Given the timing, I questioned this, as I also work in fast food (I’m an head manager) and understand typical cook times. A manager then came out and told me the food was “as fresh as it gets” and that it had just come from the chute. I asked for clarification on how it could be made to order in that timeframe, but was again told it was fresh. After leaving the drive-thru, I checked the temperature of the nuggets with a calibrated thermometer and got a reading of 95°F. By the time I arrived home (about 5 minutes away), the food was cold. I want to be clear that I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction, and I do have dashcam footage with audio documenting the timeline and conversation if needed. What made this especially disappointing is that I’ve had very fresh, hot food from this location before—hot enough that it needed time to cool before eating. That was not the case here. I’m mainly disappointed in how the situation was handled. I made a simple request for fresh food, and instead of a clear resolution, I was given information that didn’t match the condition of what I received. For what it’s worth, the employee listed as Evan on my receipt has always been friendly and professional during past visits. And he is not who I had an issue with. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

  I had a great experience dining today! Paul came around multiple times to either refill my drink or clear my tray. I had some questions for him and he was very genuine and kind. Would highly recommend this location. Jack Valley Premier Lighting
