  I have been eating at Cava since 2018 in Austin. Came here and I know it hasn't been opened long but y'all need to do better training your people. We ate here 8/28/26 at 8:30 pm and there was a line and this guy was busy cleaning the salad area while we waited. Then when I asked for a bowl with power greens, he gave me the wrong salad mix even when I told him that it was the wrong salad. No big deal. But then we got to the meats and the meatballs were burned and flat. Not appetizing looking. We also didn't get offered pita bread. I had to ask for them. Hope it was just a busy night. Food was still good.

  Just left with my partner our first time. & I want to give a shout out to Minhyun (sorry if I spelled it wrong). She was very kind very professional, considering there was a lot of rude customers. I felt for her and she was great

  Food is awesome, but service is super slow. Counted eight people working but then line backing up with no one moving the line along. The were smart to work online orders, two people working there, but the three people on the walk in line not moving at all. Cashier no we're to be found so people who were done, were just standing there waiting to pay. Hopefully they get their service in order.

  Usually a pretty good experience at this store but today was quite disappointing as there was a long line, a full dining room and one table which was occupied by what I'm guessing is an area manager and an employee sampling drink / desert toppings while everyone had to stand or go outside in the heat mid day. Zero situational awareness.

  Amazing location! You enter and they greet you. They immediately ask if you would like pita with your bowl and warm it up (unlike some Cava locations which forget to ask) and you can tell that each worker is hustling/doing a great job to get your order together. They are very friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and healthy! Nice selection of sodas like their Mexican Cola and six fountain juices/lemonade/teas to try as well.
