    I have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings three times recently, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently terrible. The food itself is actually good and, in my experience, fresher than what I have received at many other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Unfortunately, good food does not make up for being treated poorly. The hostess was rude, dismissive, and extremely abrupt in his interactions with us. The servers were rude and/or inattentive. During my most recent visit, my waitress took our order and then essentially disappeared. She never returned to check on us, ask if we needed refills, check on the food, or make sure everything was correct. Our order was wrong, I was overcharged despite clearly explaining what I wanted, and I was given incorrect information about what came on my sandwich. From the very beginning, the waitress was extremely abrupt and seemed as though she was trying to rush us through the entire interaction. She would ask, “Do you need anything else?” and before we could even finish answering, she would walk away. She was so rushed and dismissive in her communication that it felt as though she was barely listening to what we were saying. At one point, she asked if we were ready to order. We told her yes, and she walked away. She then came back and asked us again, “Are you ready to order now?” This interaction alone demonstrated how little attention she was actually giving to what we were saying. When the food arrived incorrectly, I couldn't even address it with my waitress because she was nowhere to be found. Another waitress eventually helped us, and I appreciated her kindness. Later, they attempted to send my original waitress back to our table, and I specifically asked that she not return because of how poorly she had treated us. I then asked to speak with a manager, and unfortunately, the response was just as dismissive. There was no genuine concern, no sense of accountability, and no indication that my experience mattered. I also want to mention something I personally observed while sitting in the restaurant. I noticed what appeared to be a difference in how the employees interacted with different groups of customers. From what I observed, certain customers from different ethnic or cultural backgrounds appeared to receive more attentive, welcoming, and accommodating service, while the treatment my family and I received was noticeably colder and more dismissive. I cannot speak to the intentions behind what I observed, but the difference was noticeable enough that it left me questioning whether every customer is receiving the same level of courtesy and respect. Every customer should be treated equally and with the same level of professionalism, regardless of their race, ethnicity, or cultural background. And that is the real problem. This does not feel like one bad employee. It feels like a culture problem. When the hostess is rude, dismissive, and abrupt, the servers are consistently inattentive, and management responds to customer complaints with the same dismissive attitude, it makes you question what kind of standards are being enforced at this location. I have now experienced this over three separate visits, so I cannot simply write it off as a bad day. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to understand that customers are spending their hard-earned money here. We should not have to tolerate being ignored, disrespected, overcharged, or treated as though asking for basic customer service is unreasonable. I will absolutely be sharing this experience with Buffalo Wild Wings Customer Relations because this needs to be addressed at a higher level. The food may be good, but the service at this location is not. And based on the consistently low customer ratings, I clearly am not the only customer who has noticed.

    The staff are very nice but I don't think that they have great time management. I can not overstate how nice the staff is so you can overlook the slow service but the food was good enough to digest and leave behind another day.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Really disappointed with our experience. My brother and I decided to get Buffalo Wild Wings for our birthday dinner because we were both craving wings, and it ended up being one of the worst takeout experiences we’ve had. I got there about five minutes before the pickup time, but somehow all of our food was already cold and soggy. We were missing the wings we ordered and instead got someone else’s wings. The lemon pepper wings and fries barely had any seasoning on them, our cookie skillet was basically two burnt cookies with no ice cream, and half of our drinks didn’t even have ice. We tried calling the restaurant several times to get it fixed, but no one ever answered the phone, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but there were so many things wrong with this order that it honestly put a damper on what was supposed to be a fun birthday dinner. We chose Buffalo Wild Wings because we’ve had good experiences before, so this was really disappointing.

    I don't normally write reviews unless an experience is truly worth it, and this one definitely was! We had a wonderful experience at this location. From the moment we walked in, the host was so sweet and courteous. She stayed busy throughout our meal, always had a smile on her face, and made us feel welcome. The food was amazing, as always! I love the wings, and the Pretzel Knots are my absolute favorite. My husband ordered the Bacon Smashed Burger, and he loved it! The manager stopped by our table a couple of times to check on us and say hello, which was such a nice touch and made us feel valued as guests. Our server, Mile, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and always made sure our drinks were refilled before we even had to ask. She checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive, and her service made an already great meal even better. We'll definitely be asking for her the next time we visit! Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic dining experience. We can't wait to come back!
