  Not sure if I'll be back to this place. If the soda station looks like this, afraid very afraid of what the kitchen looks like.

  My wife called in an order tonight, we had never ordered there before and a girl named Reece took our order. She was very helpful with our questions and took the time to help us out with what we needed. I will definitely be ordering there again! Thanks so much Barros pizza!

  Used to love barros but not anymore. Boneless wings were overcooked and hard as a rock hurt my teeth on the rock like coating trying to eat them! The honey barbecue sauce was the worst I've ever tasted. The lemon pepper was so overpowered with lemon, it was also the worst i've ever tasted. The sauce on the pizza bet I used to love also tasted bad. There was hardly any pepperoni on it.And that was the only topping. It was swimming in cheese so much cheese.It was actually gross. I threw away the wings, they were not edible. We were so hungry. We ate most of the Pizza even though it was awful. It was still edible unlike the wings. And this cost me over $43 for garbage.I will never eat there again!!!! Sad to see my favorite place turn to garbage.!!!! This is the SECOND TIME the food was awful and a waste of my hard earned money! The last time was at this same Arizona Ave and Warner location this past March but I let it slide that you had a bad day.This past Friday night i gave you another chance. And it was actually worse this time only because I hurt my tooth. The food was really bad both times. No more chances now I've already LOST ENOUGH MONEY ! And I won't be back to your location, NOT EVEN FOR FREE!!!

  Family friendly, the game was on, so that was the plus, the customer service was amazing.It wasn't busy at the time that we went. This was our first time there and the pizza was all right.I think the next time we order it.Because we will be going back.We'll order the thin crust.I think we had the original crust which wasn't bad but it was too much of dough for us. And we are an order of the bonus Buffalo wings, which do you really enjoy? They were very hot to his liking. And we also had the regular bonus chicken wings, which were really good also, and again, like I said, we would definitely go back again. And they do serve beer for those that wanted to know.

  This review is for the location at arizona and Warner in chandler az.......Soooooo...I worked a long day...I was hot, tired, and hungry. I ordered a pizza and 24 wings online..... drove to the store... picked my food up and drove home.... got home... wanted a slice of pizza before I showered.... I opened the box to find a pizza that was half perfect... half burned to a crisp... ( i ordered a plain cheese thin crust) ... I couldn't figure out how this could happen and it surely wasn't edible. I called the store and the girl on the phone was very sympathetic and friendly. I told her I was bringing it back. I got to the store... the girl out front immediately called the manager out. I showed him the pizza and asked how that could happen. ( i was not being extremely nice at this point..... sorry ).... he explained to me that i ordered the pizza line that... half with no cheese.... I told him I would never do that and it had to be an accident.... he acknowledged, showed it to me on the order ticket and was super friendly the ENTIRE time.. even when i wasn't. I was embarrassedat this point and apologized profusely to which he was EXTREMELY humble and assured me it was ok and offered to make me a pizza how I really wanted it free of charge and would not take my offer to pay for it..... in this day and age good customer service is rare and EXCEPTIONAL customer service ( like the kind you get at this establishment) is virtually non-existent..... I APPLAUD the ENTIRE staff here and even if they open up another location across the street from my house I will continue to patronize this location..... THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
