  I had a very disappointing first experience here. I ordered the chicken bacon and the Roast Beef Burger, and neither was good. The roast beef definitely didn't taste fresh it was also a letdown and not something I would recommend ordering. Overall, the food was poor quality and not worth the money. Based on my experience, I wouldn't return or recommend this restaurant unless they improve the freshness and quality of their food

  I went through the drive through, opened the sandwich. And this is what I got. What a sloppy disastrous mess? And I didn't even ask for the cheddar whatever it is that I have here, I asked for the double Roast Beef. That was it, and this is what I got. Had I not been on my lunch break on my way back to work, I would have turned around and taken it back. This is totally disgusting. I haven't had arby's in a long time. They are far and few between, and I can see why totally disappointed won't be eaten arby's.Anytime soon!! $21 lunch in the trash. The paper had been folded so many times I don't know if they just kept remaking the sandwich or what they did, but there was holes in the paper.

  The drive thru experience was awful!!! First, I had to wait for part of my meal, which was fine, but instead of having me pull around to the parking lot, the cashier said to pull up to the "thank you" sign. Since I was still in the lane, I finally had to move to let the next customer leave. I only pulled out and stopped by the curb to my right. The cashier apparently couldn't see my bright red vehicle initially, and SHE scolded ME for not reading her mind about where I was to wait. On top of that, there were no sauces in the bag for my sandwich, so I was stuck eating a terribly bland sandwich!!! Since I wasn't given a receipt, I could not complain directly to the restaurant, so I'm doing it here. Terrible service!!!!
