  We enjoy trying a bunch of froyo places in the area and this place definitely deserves 5 stars. Careful thought has been put into the whole experience and offers many things that other stores don’t offer. Two different sized cups, dividers, SO MANY machines and flavors. It’s astonishing how many local froyo places will have broken machines that never get fixed. It looks like they constantly update their flavors every month (they even tell you when to expect that). The toppings have so much variety and you can tell they’re higher quality. Their chocolate chip cookie dough tastes fresh and you can scoop it yourself. They have multiple sauces - milk chocolate and dark chocolate and multiple fruit and caramel sauces. They have hot fudge and fresh whip cream. A few things to keep in mind before going: their flavors are heavier and more calorie dense than a few other froyo places we’ve been to. This place is more self serve ice cream than self serve froyo. Also you have to ask for sample cups and they’ll serve the samples for you. Although the staff don’t seem to have any problems giving you as many samples as you inquire.

  Upbeat, clean and fresh Froyo place. Loved their cookie dough scoops as a topping! Big variety of flavors and toppings.

  Had a great experience. Was my second time here and James was extremely helpful! He gave me a run through of what his favorite flavors were and let me try a few samples and when I got home, they were absolutely delicious. Shout out James and shout out the entire team at 16 handles!

  This place is great. Good flavors, great texture, and ALL the toppings. Going back for another trip next week!
