  The service was excellent but I am very disappointed with the decision to cut the peanut butter flavor. That flavor was my entire family’s favorite… I’m a big peanut butter fan. Your peanut butter contained a delicate balance of sweetness and a slight salted flavor that enhanced the nodes even more. Very light and not heavy after a few bites. Unfortunately I cannot rate it five stars while the peanut butter is discontinued… that flavor is a star itself…. With love… #bringbackpeanutbutter

  Excellent variety of yogurt and toppings in a cute spotless setting.The owner and staff are so warm and friendly. My grandson and I love going here.

  We tried out 16 Handles for the first time on National Ice Cream day. We were welcomed in and felt right at home in their clean and spacious space. Even the bathrooms were well equipped and clean!! As we started looking at flavor options I was asked if I had the loyalty app, shared I didn’t and they let me know not just about the app but that if I downloaded it for National Ice Cream Day, I would receive $5 off. It was an easy download and nice savings as a bonus. The FroYo was delicious, my teen daughter and I have different taste of what we want for FroYo but we were both equally happy with the options of flavors (and I loved having 2 sizes of cups) as well as the long topping bar! We enjoyed the FroYo and the atmosphere, the very nice and helpful staff and we will be back again!
