  The Horny Toad burger might be the best burger I have ever had! The bun really stands out, perfectly toasted and adds an amazing texture to the overall dish. Flavor was on point for every part of this amazing burger.

  So we just went in there waited 5-10 minutes for someone to greet and seat us meanwhile the server walked past me twice without saying anything. We finally get seated by the same guy and he has the nerve to tell us the kitchen is closing in ten minutes. All fine but I was so obvious that he did not want to help us. We will spend our money somewhere else !

  These are the best burgers I found in PHOENIX!! drinks are great. Food is great service is excellent and you can’t beat the atmosphere definitely worth a stop by if you’re in the area.

  My family and I have visited Cave Creek on vacation a few times now, and love checking out the local restaurants. It generally does not disappoint. We decided to try The Horny Toad after reading all the reviews and had high hopes. The prices seemed reasonable based on reviews, and maybe our expectations were high. The food was ok, but really felt like any bar food we could have gotten anywhere. Then we got the bill which was $180 for 5 of us. We got two chicken fried steaks, two sets of wings, and a half slab of ribs meal. There were 3 pops and 2 alcohol drinks. The atmosphere was great, service was good, but food was not worth what we paid.

  The Horny Toad was very nice to eat at. I've been here a handful of times mostly when I was younger, but this time it was exceptional. Our waitress was a very kind lady who was very attentive and polite. She brought the delicious food out quickly, and helped with all our requests. The restaurant was quiet, probably because it was early lunch time. But it was nice, I would come back.
