My absolute favorite was smoked brisket and I will be ordering that next Friday! This place offers a great selection of sausages, dips, sauces and steaks! The owner and the stuff have a great fun personality too. I am glad I discovered this place in our neighborhood!

Everything from the fresh meat counter to the prepared foods exceeded expectations: * White Chicken Lasagna: Incredibly moist, deliciously fresh, and superb in texture. * Chicken Thighs: Remarkably tender and exceptionally fresh, impressing even my husband. * Monday Night Dinner Special: The smoked whole chicken with mashed potatoes beat out any local restaurant version—smoked to absolute perfection! The standout feature across every dish is the seasoning. Nothing is overly salted; every bite is balanced precisely right. With plans to return multiple times a week for both fresh meats and quick prepared meals, it has quickly become a staple. The salmon purchased today is next on the list, and expectations couldn't be higher. And don’t forget to get a large brownie freshly baked !! Delicious !!!

I ordered prime tenderloins and they were some of the toughest tenderloins I've ever tried to eat in my life. I will say that I also got to pounds of their mild Italian sausage and it was phenomenal. I will give them another go on their steak before I make a firm opinion but I do highly recommend their Italian sausage.
