  This location in particular is very stingy with their meat portions. Worse than that they were very rude when confronted about it. This was not a 1-time occurrence. Its happened many times, and tonight was the first time I called them out. Over the past year we have noticed the portion size had gotten much smaller and their prices noticeably went up. It costs us $24 for 2 chicken bowls now, up from $19 about a year ago which included 1 heaping spoon and a little xtra, to now restricted to less than 1 level spoon full. Not to mention the person serving us could not tell us the correct portion size per serving, and immediately got attitude when asked. Overall their vowl serving used to be a heaping serving, now a serving is less than level with the cardboard bowl. Next time I will get photos of the serving size. What a terrible situation for the customer aka/ an in your face ripoff without a smile.

  I watched the young man who was finishing my burrito drop half of it on the counter and then proceed to try and shove it all back in as if he had not dropped any. I asked him to remake it, and he did so without argument. My issue is the gentleman who was standing next to him near the cashier who I can only imagine was the manager on duty. It was clear the kid making the burrito was not trained properly and was not given any support. The manager looking fellow said nothing to him, offered zero encouragement, and said nothing to me. After burrito number two was constructed, the gentleman who was helping me asked a fellow employee to wrap it up for him. I said thank you. I was offered nothing from anybody at the store. I don’t think we will be back.

  Really disappointed in this place! 6 Staff members chatted while I watched and waited alone in line. Finally after 2-3 awkward minutes, someone came to take order after making eye contact. Bowl size was small and guacamole was brown, mushy, and tasted old. It seems to just be this location that disappoints as we've been very happy at other locations.

  Where is the manager more importantly the owner of this location. If you want hard shell tacos don't go to this location at 7pm they never have any. My husband and I tried giving this place multiple chances to improve and its only gotten worse. Yet again couldn't order hard shell tacos, they were "out of pico", all 4 fountain natural flavor teas were out, and the service is atrocious. Even more concerning is why one of the employees was pulling trash cans through the kitchen. Only reason for one star was to be able to post this review but this place doesn't meet standards for any stars.
