  They literally make people wait 45 minutes or longer for a medium diet coke, worst I ever seen in my whole life, management doesn't care and never does anything about, items are always missing from orders and it's just getting worse

  Very disappointed, my food was ready for pickup at 9:56. I didn't get my food until 10:28 while someone in front of me orders there at got theres walked out, second of all the workers are rude as hell

  Update to the below: we gave them a 2nd chance. 4 of the 5 items were screwed up somehow. Pretzel missing cheese sauce, breakfast burrito missing syrup, slush with no straw or drink carrier, hot dog with condiments explicitly stated to exclude. How hard is this job to screw it up this badly? As a store, you're either awful at providing a quality service or amazing at screwing up my order. I'll give most folks a second chance, but you're not getting a third. There is something seriously wrong at this store. Seriously wrong. ------ Update to the below: the manager/leadership took care of me and has given me faith enough to try ordering again in the near future. Thank you. ------ Apparently, basic food safety and common sense are entirely optional at your establishment, as evidenced by the absolute disaster of a delivery I just received. Let us review the glaring failures captured in the attached photos, starting with the single paper bag sealed haphazardly with peeling painters tape that offered zero assurance of safety. More concerningly, the hot dog container was completely wide open to the elements, an absolutely brilliant handling strategy when delivering in the scorching heat of southern AZ. To top it all off, the ice cream was unceremoniously dumped into a soda cup and wrapped in loose plastic wrap with no safety tape whatsoever, leaving it completely vulnerable and compromised. Oh, and Rebecca told me the best they can do is remake the order. We ordered for delivery for a reason! Her feedback then was to leave a review. Do you have anyone with a food handler's permit? I seriously have to wonder. This is pathetic that customers are expected to take this quality. This was the most common place for us to order - sometimes multiple times a week in the summer. Not any more.
