Hope is always exceptionally friendly and communicative. She’s stays busy moving about. I admire her ability to maintain a smile on her face and keep up with the pace. Great job Hope! Keep it up!

They helped find a solution when they were out of a flavor! The atmosphere was nice, but still doesn't have that nostalgic feeling that I remember growing up with as a kid. With that and not having the flavor wing we wanted it kept this nice establishment from a perfect score. Hope was amazing walking us through everything!

This is such a poorly run establishment and corporate should really intervene. They give Pizza Hut a bad name. They just rolled out a buffet within the last two months and what a disappointment. We stopped by today to try it and there were 2 sorry looking partial pizzas-obvious that they had been there since the buffet began. When we asked if the buffet would be filled, they said a pizza would come out. Mind you it was hardly busy, that is the thing-if you have a buffet it needs to be appealing and customers should not have to eat dry, old pizza to get to better options. Fill the buffet, it is tiny as it is. If you aren’t going to do something correctly, it is better to not do it at all.

The pizza buffet was a big disappointment. We have enjoyed other PH buffets, where the selection of pizzas was greater and the servers actually cleared your used dishes. The pizza here tasted like cardboard. There was no salad bar, which is understandable given the current problem with lettuce, but there could have been other items like broccoli, carrots and celery to make the meal somewhat healthier. It just seemed like they weren't ready to "do business". This was a sad experience, especially since the last PH we went to for buffet was really 5-star!
