  I want to shout out Uniqua at this location. I had a tiny panic attack out of nowhere over the menu (neurodivergent baddie here!) and she was so genuine and sweet. She was able to calm my nerves just by being kind. I wish the world had more Uniquas! Thanks Queen I appreciate you!

  Of all the chain sandwich shops in Casa Grande Jimmy John's has the best service, best sandwich execution. I won't even go to the competition anymore. The employees are awesome!

  Went in earlier, and was instantly greeted by Andi. Customer service was great along with quick service! Will be returning!

  Don't bother trying to get delivery from this location. Over the past half a year something shifted and changed at this location. It's become less professional and seems to take longer and longer to either order or get your food afterwards. It's sad this used to be the better sandwich shop in casa grande 😢

  What a fantastic catering package they have! Pick up and packaging were a breeze to take to a lunch conference! Highly recommend their catering pickles
