    Long wait , rude workers and i understand it’s hot but the trash should be maintained more frequently to avoid all those flys . I was in the walk up line for over 30 minutes . Worse dutch Bros. I’ve been to.

    The staff are always friendly and bubbly, and I love their energy! My one concern is the smell coming from inside the store. It reminds me of sugary drink residue that hasn’t been fully cleaned from the floors and corners, though I can’t say what’s causing it. I’ve also noticed a lot of flies gathering around the outside waiting area, which makes it less pleasant to wait there. I hope the owner looks into the smell and flies and gives the small space a thorough cleaning, including the walls and hard to reach areas.

    They just screwed up our whole order. The girl keeps handing us wrong drinks and we kept handing them back. She swore the last drink was mine and we drove away I tasted it and it was wrong again, so i just threw it away. These kids that work here don’t pay any attention to orders. They didn’t throw away the orders that we kept putting in our car and checking and giving back they set them back up on the counter to give the next car. Huge health hazard!

    I keep trying this place and keep being disappointed. Stopped and got two days inks a few days ago. Neither had any of the syrups. Just coffee and cream. Went back today to get my comped drink. Ordered online. Showed up at the estimated time it would be done. When I walked up was informed "I'll start that for you right now" not only was it not ready, it hadn't even been started, then dude proceeded to guide someone he was training on two other drink orders while I stood there waiting before he finally had her start mine. All of that and the drink was still watery and lacking flavor.

    Rudest staff I have ever encountered at a Dutch. They made my drink wrong – then argued with me about it & refused to make the correct drink – then told me to leave when I told him I was going to contact corporate. If you can’t do your job right then get a new one. A Double Rainbro is not supposed to look and taste like peach. We pay way too much money for you guys to hand us out the window whatever the hell you wanna make for us
