  I can see that BWW picks and chooses what reviews to respond to... I would think this would be a big concern to the company considering this was the guest perception. I walked right by the manager and he said NOTHING. Did not care I was leaving. Didnt stay for the food. Already walked in to waiting to be greeted for a few minutes. Then i was seated at a dirty table holding my toddler and the host walks away without offering a high chair. I had to ask for one as he was leaving... proceeded to give it to me and then i noticed the floor was full of some other childs food debris.. was my 1st time comeing back to bww.. but i ended up leaving because thats not how you treat people. Wasnt even offered a kids menu. Went to another restaurant instead. Please do better

  Someone sprayed perfume in my order and i had to throw everything away except the drinks the perfume was disgusting and strong and the food tasted like it too which made this experience even worse wanted to get my wife something for mothers day and surprise her 👎🏻 but the dude who helped me out with my order is good

  I'll describe it as a sports bar. Lots and lots of screens. Kind of loud to have a conversation. Wings were not that good kind of dry and overcooked. Atmosphere not for me.

  We usually enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but our recent experience at the Casa Grande Az location was heartbreaking. My daughter is autistic and, due to sensory needs, cannot eat the food here. We brought a small pizza for her so she could still participate in our family meal, but the manager flat-out refused to allow it. They cited "health code," but as an autism parent, I know that federal law (ADA) requires businesses to be flexible for guests with disabilities. Forcing a child with a disability to go without food—or forcing the whole family to leave—is not "family-friendly." I hope the franchise owner sees this and takes the time to educate their staff on how to support customers with special needs. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to other families in the neurodivergent community.
