  If I could leave zero stars, I would. My husband and I frequent this store at least once a week. We are regular customers and team members behind the register know us by name. At our last visit this week, the food was absolutely disgusting. When we approached the team members at the register and asked them what happened and showed them the food and told them it was inetitable, they laughed at us. We asked who made it and they pointed to someone in the back. We asked them to remake it and they just stood there and laughed and said no. When we asked them what was so funny they just kept laughing and turned their backs to us. We commented to them how they don’t care and as we were walking out the door, they were laughing and waving goodbye at us. I hope this review shows the level of disrespect and poor attitude the workers have for their customers. And quite frankly, who knows what they are putting in the food that you will be eating. I would be cautious and avoid this particular Arby’s.

  Edit: just got home and a sandwich was missing....🙄😒 This would be 5 stars across the board but I put my order in an hour ago for 8pm pick up. I pull up at 7:55pm and they haven't made it. I understand fresh, but the point was a grab and go. Now I'm waiting and Lord only knows for how long it will be and the dog might shit on the floor due to this. 😮‍💨

  Prices are way too high. Got the Mac and cheese. Barely 1/2 cup of food for 5.19. Noodles were hard. The Greek gyro was very dry. Almost no sauce. Really gone down hill. The restaurant was clean at 10am. the clerk was pleasant and friendly. Not a good value. The drink machine was not working.

  Had the cheese steak and it was more gristle then I like taste was ok ..Will not waiste almost ten bucks again

  Solid, but not great
