- PPPaulJun 23, 20261.0Tried using this place again for the first time in about a year. Service is absolutely horrendous. Ordered on the app it said it would take 7-17 minutes. Went in to pick up and it was around 45 mins until we were able to leave with the pizza. Multiple pizzas in the window ready with no one to help the customers. Complete and total neglect to the people walking in the door. A simple acknowledgment of our presence after we’ve been sitting there for 10 minutes would have gone a long way, but instead it was 30 minutes of waiting frustrated in a small hot lobby. Running behind on orders would have been fine, but acting as if we don’t exists and like we aren’t there is not okay, at least communicate a little and people will be more understanding.

Where did she get her experience from the cracker Jack box, and if you get a prize, that's what she got.No, wonder they have such a high turnover Get someone, that's qualified to run the store and not run behind the counter. And call the police because she doesn't know how to deal with it. Won't get my business never any ways crusty pizzas, way better and little caesars.The only reason I was going there cuz i had a coupon, buy one Pizza, get one free.

The guy was saying he dropped a piece on the floor. OK. I can live with that. OMG....pizza is awful! Tastes like cardboard. Overcooked. We ordered extra sauce and there was no sauce. Crustys said their was a 1 hr 45 min wait. Next time, we will wait.
