  7 of us decided to eat at the restaurant because of the reviews and it was our 1st time there. I got to say it was the biggest disappointment ever. Several of us ordered various pasta, 1 ordered a hamburger and fries and 1 ordered the filet of sole. 1.5 hours later 2 individuals receive their meal, so they ate while others watched. Slowly 1 by 1 the meals started arriving. Finally the filet of sole came, it was next to raw. I decided to talk to the manager, who in turn sent the so called chef to the table. Long story short she turned around, threw up her arms and rudely walked away. The food was so poorly prepared that we just pushed the plates away and waited for the last person to receive his hamburger and fries. Now how bad can you screw up a hamburger and fries? Let me tell you both we totally over done, how over done you ask. You could snap the fries and cause bodily harm if you weren't careful. Oh, did I mention they gave him a take out box. He left the box on the table. Finally, the checks came. We all paid full price. Mine was $55.00 for food that wasn't touched. If you're thinking this review was long winded, you're right but I wanted you to be advised. As I walked out the door 2 people were waiting to order and I asked them if they placed their order yet, no was the answer, I told them they should leave before they became very disappointed.

  The bathroom was a nightmare it was all broken, from the towel dispenser that had tape to try and hold it up to the toilet that was completely broken and wouldn't flush . Completely destroyed and looked like a bad construction site. Fifthly and just plain wrong. Paid 40 plus for two drinks!! Their was only a couple of tables there and their ice machine wasn't working. And it was muggy in there.

  Outstanding food and service in beautiful and relaxed environment. If you are in or going through Camp Verde, make it a point to give it a try!
