  I got two 12 inch foot-long chili dogs that were OK but I got a grilled cheese for my wife and it had no grilling on it whatsoever. I don’t even know if it had butter/oil , but I have no idea how they got it to melt. It’s like they put it in the microwave or something.

  Not a great experience, they never answered the call button. Gave up and left. Wasn't the only car they didn't respond too.

  Drive thru- we pulled up to the window after placing our order, 1 bag of crushed ice, we sat and waited & waited.. 1 employee outside next to the cars vaping, I get it, 2 other employees having a conversation with each other totally ignored us for almost 10 minutes, finally girl took our money and only said hold up, slammed the window, came back a few seconds later and handed us the bag again slamming the window, no thankyou, come again, see ya.. NOTHING. No bueno.

  Literally, the worst experience I have ever had in fast food. Waited 15 minutes for an ONLINE ORDER. An online order that said would be ready in 5 minutes. I checked in on the app and still pressed the button at the stall which I stated my name and that I checked in but if I could please get marinara and ranch.. she said “uuhhh okay and it will be out when it’s ready” 15 minutes later she delivers to someone that came after me by 5 minutes and then proceeds to me and when I asked about the sauces she said “uuhhh, no bc it’s not on the tag” I said “well yeah, but I did ask for them when I showed up” she said she will be right back for them. I waited 3 minutes and then left bc this was absolutely ridiculous. I guess this is my fault bc I should just stop with these fast food places. Especially this one. Just not worth it and how they make you feel like you are the problem. Money not worth well spent. And working in customer service myself, I could never be that girl that was working. Okay, rant over. 😂
