  I used to manage one of these stores, and the way this store is being ran is not okay. They are not going along with recipes, their ranch does not taste the way it should, Dijon was yellow mustard, and onions were old and stringy. Store was beyond hot, and the term freaky fast does not apply here. Waited 20 minutes for two basic cold sandwiches, sweating after 10 mins of sitting there inside. Front register gentleman was completely useless as he just stood there with his thumb up his butt doing nothing. You’ve got a line of people in the drive thru and people waiting inside and yall had ONE person making sandwiches, ONE person. Meanwhile you assigned someone to do dishes that could have waited, had the dude at the register with no customers watching the girl making all the sandwiches by herself. She then expressed she needed a break because she was hot and overwhelmed and you couldn’t even give her that. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I feel so bad for the employees working here as the management of this store is completely sub par.

  The bread was was so hard I couldn't bite it so I just eat the inside and throw away the bread the soda was over carbonated taste nasty the chips were ok not going back to throw away 30 dollars

  The sandwiches and friendly workers keep bringing us back! We got very helpful service from Riley and Aubrey.

  Went in a couple days ago and I had two young ladies I believe it was Aubrey and Riley. Fantastic young ladies! The sandwiches came out quick and they were sweet girls!! Definitely coming back!

  One of the most unprofessional places I've been to yet. Did an online order for pickup. When I got there they didn't have any bread so I had to wait. Along with the other 2 people inside and the 5 orders they were behind on. The Girl at the counter had 2 long pigtails hanging out with her hair going everywhere! No hair net or anything! The other girl had her hair up but was still sticking out everywhere. Then on top of the prep area they have a box fan blowing air and god knows what else all over. When they finally got bread it was steaming hot. Which worked fine for one of the my toasted subs, but mine was supposed to be a cold sub. Obviously not anymore. I already paid so I took it and hoped we didn't get sick. But I will definitely NOT be going back to this location until they clean it up! As someone who works in food service their practices are unacceptable. Wash your hair and put it up please.
