  Absolutely unacceptable experience on May 15, 2026. This place is completely mismanaged, and every employee working during that time should be reevaluated. I placed my order at 2:04 PM with only THREE cars ahead of me. Called them at 2:20 PM, still from the drive thru line, to find out what was going on, only to be told they “ran out of bread” and were making more. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread in the middle of the day? I didn’t even reach the window until 2:40 PM. Then, after all that waiting, they handed me the WRONG order and I had to come inside to fix their mistake. At that point, I figured they must be severely understaffed but no, there were SIX employees inside doing absolutely nothing efficiently. Over 30 minutes of waiting… for TWO cold sandwiches. No cooking, no complexity just pure disorganization, incompetence, and lack of basic time management. Save your time, money, and patience. Do NOT eat here. Would give zero stars if I could.

  Very happy the Thia Chicken Wrap is back. Wish it was permanent. It was made perfectly and tasted great. I’ll be back. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Easy to get to.

  Stopped in and instantly had a warm welcome from Kodi. Food was great, service was great, and atmosphere was phenomenal. Thank you so much for the great experience, all the way from Minnesota. -Chad Lee

  Waited in the drive thru trapped by other vehicles for over 20 minutes. I am not sure our definition of “freaky fast” is the same. I had to call the store and ask what was going on. The person on the other line seemed confused.

  Starting with a nice, big “WELCOME IN!” this Jimmy John’s experience was outstanding from beginning to end! Kristen was the employee working in shop and she had a great attitude and worked fast and efficiently to complete all of the orders! We brought out four sons with us and bought a total of five sandwiches and each one with made perfectly and Deliciously with care!! Kristen really helped to make the experience the best for us by helping selecting a sandwich for our kids and her customer service. She truly did an exceptional job and was so patient with everyone during the small rush that came through while we were Eating! Jimmy John’s, you’re doing it right with this girl and these great recipes!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!
