  Chicken dry and overcooked, the wings were not able to eat. Less time on the fire please.

  They rush and don’t pay attention to details on the order. This happens every time, but now they served me undercooked chicken. Absolutely sick to my stomach. Look closely at the pockets of blood! Manager Sergio wouldn’t give me a refund, said I had to speak with Jose. This is nonsense. I finally made him call his manager and they just blamed each other for not handling it better. This is a health issue waiting to happen!

  This is the second time we’ve come to this place. They’ve never got an order right yet so I guess I shouldn’t have expected it this time waited 35 minutes to get three tacos won’t be returning thanks.

  I ordered the boxed meal with one breast and one wing. Breeders must've not fed the chickens because the wing was very boney, and the breast was a size A. Come on! Hardly any meat on both items, and besides the seasoned skin, they were very dry and tasteless. JUAN POLLO should've opened a store here; not El Pollo. I was granted a senior discount, so ASK FOR ONE, but even this didn't compensate for the mediocre food received. Not going back, and not recommended.

  The food was good. The cashier needs to learn English. The 2 front doors and the 2 bathrooms were out of order. I would hate to be there in case of a fire.
