    Annie and Charles both are very kind , energetic and very helpful. The food was delicious thanks to these two great employees. Would love to come back again for another amazing experience!     Manager is VERY DISRESPECTFUL, VULGAR AND RUDE ALONG WITH THERE INEXPERIENCED DISRESPECTFUL DERVES WHO CANT DO ANYTHING RIGHT! BE WARE OF GETTING CHARGED FOR ANITHER TABLES FOOD AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND AND EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES OR ELSE THEY WILL CALL THE COPS!

    Placed an over the app order for take out and today on 9/8 at 6pm i paid extra for lemonade which means it’s made at the bar but i wanted the drinks with light ice so i called them since the app didn’t have the option. I called a young lady picked up and i asked her and she was telling me that they charge if i ask for no ice?? i was like im not asking for light ice. she then proceeds to say well ill go see if the drinks haven’t made yet after i told her i just placed my order literally a minute ago and you said yall are busy so i doubt the drinks would already be made she proceeded to still tell me well ill go check. she could’ve just said okay thanks for letting me know i’ll let the bartender to make them with light ice and not argue or be rude with me. i literally called a minute after i placed my order what would be the odds that they would be made fast. at the end the point is she was rude and was cutting me off when she could’ve just said ill let them know like they have told me many times before and no problem then she try’s to tell me that they charge when i’ve never been charged and have gone many times.the only charge they do is +$1 for getting strawberry lemonade. i then asked her it’s 6pm and it says my food will not be ready for pick up till 6:55-7:10 and i said why would my drinks be made now and sit there just to get watered down you would think she would be like don’t worry i’ll let them know about light ice since the drinks will be made last to be fresh but nope nothing she ignored me. Completely rude do better and figure who was working the front picking up calls because she needs to be taught to not be rude i’ve never encountered someone rude and go there often she sounded young as well.

    I took my whole family here because I love spicy wings, and we were really looking forward to having a nice dinner together. We were on a family vacation and had just finished an awesome day together, so unfortunately, this experience ended the night on a very disappointing note. After waiting a few minutes, we were seated and ordered our drinks—three waters, a couple of sodas, and two beers. It took approximately 25 minutes before our server finally came back to take our food order. After that, our server never came back to check on us or offer any refills. About 30 minutes later, we were told that the restaurant was going to be closing and that it was last call. I ordered a second beer because I wanted to enjoy it with my spicy wings, so I wasn't drinking it quickly because I was waiting for our food. Another 20 minutes went by, and we realized we had been there for approximately an hour and 20 minutes without receiving any food. My son was understandably upset because his two daughters had fallen asleep while waiting. They hadn't even had their drinks because they were waiting for their food. At that point, we all decided to leave. When the manager came over, she simply asked us what we had eaten. I told her to look up our table number and check the order because we obviously had not received any food. We did not pay for the food because we never received it, but we were still charged full price for our drinks, even though we hadn't finished them. The server never came back to properly check on us, and after we paid, the manager never came back to speak with us or acknowledge what had happened. I understand that restaurants can get busy and that sometimes things go wrong. What was most disappointing, however, was the complete lack of communication, customer service, and empathy. We came in as a family on vacation expecting to enjoy a good meal together. Instead, after spending nearly an hour and 20 minutes waiting, we left upset, hungry, and disappointed. It was especially unfortunate because we had been having such an awesome day together, and this experience was how our night ended. I hope management takes this review seriously. A long wait can sometimes be understandable, but customers should be kept informed, checked on, and treated with courtesy—especially when something clearly isn't going right.
