  Went through the drive through today. Asked for a regular Arby’s with cheese sauce a small coke and fries. Received a pulled pork sandwich that was over cooked and tasteless! Fries were cold and the girl at the window was just short of rude! Will not go back to ever again!

  Mobile order on 5/6/26: meal for three consisting of one boxed meat (Greek gyro) & 3, the new 1/4 lb BBQ brisket bowl, and a regular roast beef meal, plus a side of poppers, and a free regular French dip offered in the app. Ordering went normally, although the app indicated various elements unavailable (onion straws for the ~$12 BBQ bowl?); ordered the Sweet BBQ sauce option for the bowl. Check-in at the drive thru speaker was quick and efficient. Arrived at the window and was greeted with a smile, then drinks, bags, and the box passed through. Returned home to eat. Heard no complaints about the elements consumed by the rest of my group (gyro was freshly made and disappeared quickly; same for the signature roast beef). The new brisket bowl, however, was singularly disappointing: beyond the lack of onion straws, the meat was dry, did not include any indication of BBQ sauce, and seemed to be composed of almost as much connective tissue as meat. At almost $12 for a smallish bowl of Mac & cheese with subpar brisket topping, I know I could have done better. At least the French dip provided some substance to compensate, even if the overly salty au jus was largely used to feed the sink.
