  A worker named Angela was screaming and yelling at her fellow coworkers WHILE there was 5-6 people waiting in line and she REFUSED to help her other coworker, the other ones were nice but she was extremely rude.

  I placed an order that was very specific with a lot of added and substituted ingredients. I also asked for them to cut it in half (6in). And I asked for extra mayo - sometimes they forget or they add so much it’s gross but not tonight! I didn’t get the employees name but he made me the most perfect and delicious sandwich! He was also very courteous and quick! I wish I knew his name so I could tell his manager how wonderful he was to me. It was at the Buckeye, Watson Rd location around 9:15pm on 5/4/26. Thank you so much for the attention you gave to me and my meal.

  If I could give a zero I would, ordered online, they ran out of a chicken, went to pick up, was told the chicken was out, also was told I couldn’t substitute the meat change the sandwich, was told to cancel order, when I asked for a manager I was ignored. Will not go back, customer service is poor and they don’t care. Go to Jimmy John’s, service and quality is way better

  My husband and I just tried ordering here and I got an oven roasted chicken sandwich and I took my first bite… immediately found the texture and quality of the chicken to be extremely off putting… we asked to have the sandwich remade. I’m pregnant and really just wanted to eat.. the manager said no quite rudely. She had to be called on the phone and said “ well this is what you ordered” and “ I can stick a meat thermometer in it if you think it’s not cooked all the way. The quality of the food left me feeling sick and still without anything to eat.. the manager refuses to resolve the issue, despite asking nicely. Safe to say they do not care about trying to make things right nor do they care about the quality of their meat. Photo to show I took a single Bite..what could have been a simple fix an a nice interaction became, I’ll be avoiding this place and telling everyone else to 🙃

  Tried ordering online used 5cards to pay kept telling me oops fraud tried call 3 different stores all couldnt help what a joke all the money their losing over messed up app!!
